Revo Technik are world leaders in performance software, their high performance ECU tuning software releases the full potential of your car enhancing the power, torque, responsiveness and flexibility of your car whilst delivering smooth, reliable and economical performance across the entire rev range.
Revo Technik works with the OEM vehicle systems and within the factory tolerances and protection mechanisms. All of this happens whilst simultaneously optimising performance for real world conditions. This approach to tuning is applied consistently across the entire product range, and is what sets Revo Technik apart from other manufacturers in the industry.
The Revo Technik software is uploaded to the vehicles’ engine control unit (ECU) via the onboard diagnostics port (OBDII). This method of installation, (flashing), is accomplished without any need for direct access to the ECU itself, and in most cases the entire process, including pre-checks, set up, post-test and handover typically takes less than an hour.
This method of instillation is fast, reliable and eliminates the hazards associated with soldering, since the ECU is not physically modified in any way. Once in place, the software does not interfere with the OEM dealer’s diagnostic capabilities.
Most Revo Technik performance software is complimented by multiple performance programs, anti theft programs and user friendly variable table changes that become accessible when you purchase an optional Serial Port Switch. This will give you access to many different levels of enhancements built into the Revo performance software. You may want to switch to take advantage of better fuel qualities, or to ensure you are getting the most from any optional bolt on tuning accessories like performance exhaust systems, performance air intake filters or intercoolers. And for the ultimate enthusiast, it allows you to “tune” your vehicle’s fuel, boost and timing settings for maximum performance.
The optional, serial port switch device works in conjunction with Revo Technik performance software programs which are switchable via the OBD2 port on your car. Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the select device and start the car. It's simple and there's no fixed switch to alert to any modification.
AudiThe Patented OBD2 interface is the ultimate compliment to Revo performance software. The Revo SPS gives the user the ability to switch between Revo performance modes and a stock performance setting via the vehicles OBD2 port.
The new SPS has a preset stock mode, the ability to store three performance settings and the additional benefit of a security lockout program. Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the select device and start the car. It's simple and there's no fixed switch to alert to any modification.
The SPS delivers different levels of functionality depending on the vehicle it is used with, and whether variable switching is available in the Revo performance software. For specific details of functionality of the SPS with your car please contact us.
The SPS features variable boost, throttle, timing and fuel adjustment for certain vehicles (check functionality of your vehicle via the SPS functionality link) allowing the user to set the car up to run efficiently with any fuel quality and in varying conditions. To use the SPS as a diagnostic port interface with the SPS+ PC based software you will need a USB cable.
With SPS+ software Boost, throttle, timing and fuel adjustments can be uploaded directly to the ECU using the software communication mode. The SPS has a stock mode and 3 "user based" modes. These modes allow the user to custom configure their performance settings and upload them to the SPS. Changes to ECU settings can then be made using just the SPS. These saved settings can be changed and re-saved using the software as your mechanical upgrades or environmental conditions permit. Combined with the ability to revert to stock programming, and our unique anti-theft mode, the SPS is unmatched in its ability to provide the highest levels of control and flexibility.
Note: Revo Technik recommends using VAGCOM in conjunction with SPS to allow the user to monitor certain engine sensors to efficiently set the adjustable boost, fuelling and timing settings. Please see the Select Plus Advanced User Guide or your Revo dealer for further details

Our stage 2/2+ packages offer a simple way for you to take your car to Revo stage 2. The price includes VAT, fitting and the Revo Technik software. All Milltek Sport exhausts quoted are for non resonated systems, resonated systems will cost slightly more. If your vehicle already has stage 1 Revo Technik software installed then the price will come down, please contact us for a price. We are still in the process of putting these packages together, if your car is not listed please contact us and we will put together a price.
